Ochsner attracts patients nation-wide and wanted to create a digital tool for their audience to allow them to evaluate Ochsner's level of care. What better way to do so than to share Ochsner's quality and safety metrics through a personalized digital experience? We created a responsive, interactive tool that allows a user to tailor their results by selecting specialties and care categories that relate to them as a patient. The final result is a personalized report with data that maps back to the patient's selections giving them a better understanding of Ochsner's commitment to care.
